Yes around that, maybe a hundred or so more on a good day once serviced. The buckle if solid 9K is another hundred in value too.
I may have misunderstood Padders but if he can get me these at £600 a go in this condition I think there will be a queue ( certainly I will try to get to the front!)

Dennison 9K gold cased Omegas regularly change hands on ebay and on here for around that amount. I've sold 3 myself. The OP watch is very nice but in need of a service so that is £200 that needs factoring in right there. ~£700 serviced would be top money, (edit I see now that the OP watch was serviced ). If you think I am undervaluing it, I'd suggest you've been looking in the wrong places!

ps I don't think yours is a redial, not based on that pic anyhow

You are a lot more experienced than me and may have some better techniques - however I keep looking but can’t find any nearly this nice at this sort of price.

It’s been serviced at a cost of £300 with a new glass. This is £1750 and don’t see mine being much different tbh but from what I see there are no rhyme or reason to valuing these and it’s ultimately what someone would pay. It’ll never be sold so makes no difference but would be interested I others views?

.ds - yes I have looked at that one with KEMBERY quite a bit. There is a premium on buying from a dealer. Private sales are riskier and cheaper. However I have really struggled to find one as nice as yours. Padders is a real expert so I believe him, but my personal experience so far is there is a tonne of trash and hardly any nice ones. He has been at this for many more years than me and may be more patient!

Happy to be proved wrong. The market is always moving. As you say as ever it’s worth what someone will pay.

Dennison are an interesting company in their own right. The were based in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham (UK, obvs) until they closed in 1966. High quality gold cases; some nice chunky stainless steel ones and the chrome-plated Aquatite range (also rarely in gold). Possibly my favourite casemaker, certainly my favourite UK manufacturer. I could bore for England on them but will stop myself now. Suffice to say that Hillary wore a Dennison-cased Smiths to the top of Everest in 1953. (Yeah, not a Rolex.)
