Hello,

I am looking for 2 hour markers for my 2466. Is someone would know where to look online or someone to ask ?
In the meantime, I take the opportunity to share my little beauty 馃榾 You can see that 1 and 5 hour markers are missing.

Cheers

I'd imagine very, very difficult to find exactly the correct ones from a correct ref watch.

I think if I were you I'd be somehow looking to buy a period correct vintage Seamaster dial with the same/similar shark tooth markers and switch the whole lot. Obviously you'd need to do a lot of homework first regarding size, colour, fit, finish, application method, as well as checking the back of the dial etc to see how your markers are now applied, etc...

Thank you. That sounds like a nice B plan if I dont find the right ones (and I concur that it is wishful thinking)

I know the word "refinish" raises the hair on some peoples' necks around here but a dial refinisher would have the resources to make new ones.

The newness would be the problem, better to have some aged ones with the same tone of gold as from Omega in the 40's and 50's

I suspect that by raising the finish on the ones you have and aging the new ones, the refinisher can meet your needs. But failing that, your choices are rather slim unless you can find someone with a few of exactly the right markers, with the right patina, and the desire to let them go, or a dial with equivalent markers at a reasonable price that can be removed and installed on your dial. I understand the desire to keep things 100% original. If it were me, I would move the "7" marker up to the "1" position and put the two replacements at the "5" and "7" position.

I have some but they're stuck in my watch! Seriously these are unobtanium unless you can find an old worn out dial to scavenge from. Your best bet is having them remade but that's a challenge in and of itself.
