I am not so much into dress watches but this vintage Rolex Oyster date ref. 6534 is not one to pass up. Aside from its spotted or "dalmatian" dial, the watch comes with the original chronometer watch certification from the Bureaux Suisse and from Rolex. Watches sold by Rolex during that period with "Officially Certified Chronometer" on the dial are accompanied by the certifications so to find a watch with its certification intact is a rare find. This model is powered by the cal. 1030 movement and has the roulette date wheel.

Doesn't work for me... Neither does giving a faulty dial a name...

Why not wait for a nice one?

"Dalmatian Dial" = "Diarrhea Dial"... Hmm, "Dialrhea" ? 馃榿

I agree - a shame since everything else looks great!

Very nice and with original papers.
Have you checked the reference numbers on the certificate to the watch?
Also a very nice accessory, an unfilled chronometer certificate...
Thanks for sharing.. Congrats!

Yes it matches. First time I have seen an original chronometer certificate. The best part is I got it for $700.
