·I LOVE these hand wound Rolex references! Perfect for the collector dipping a toe into vintage Rolex, or like me, for the collector who appreciates what a great moment in time this was for Rolex, going back to their roots with clean, simple, robust hand wound pieces. And so much value! THIS one is next level - a dial color I’ve never seen on one of these, a beautiful medium gray that turns taupe and even lavender depending on the light. STUNNER that's just been freshly serviced!

SERIAL NUMBER: 3,41X,XXX
DATE: 1973
DIAL: ABSOLUTELY incredible - both the color and the condition! Look at that thing, down to to the full and evenly aged pumpkin perfection lume! As you can see even under macro, this is about as clean as I’ve ever seen.
CASE: Really nice 34mm case (actually measures 34.5 on calipers, and wears like a 35 or so with the oyster case) in good condition. Light wear overall, as to be expected, mostly seen on the smooth bezel and sides, but presents beautifully, including nice even brushing on the thick lugs.
CRYSTAL: Brand new plexi crystal was put on at the recent service, so it’s mint.
MOVEMENT: Hand wound Rolex movement JUST returned from a full service and that comes with a 1 year warranty from my watchmaker. Wear and enjoy!
BRACELET: Comes on a sweet Rolex riveted oyster bracelet which should fit up to about a 7.25 inch wrist. I love these rivet bracelets and the old style crown clasp - so cool and comfortable. Light wear throughout, but all in in good shape and presents beautifully.
ACCESSORIES: Watch with receipt for full service.
