An exquisite Mido Powerwind from circa 1954 in stainless steel with a rose gold bezel.
Purchased right here from ConElPueblo about 18 months ago and worn 2/3 times since, using original photos with Troels' permission after assuring him the watch remains in the exact same beautiful condition.
Passing this beauty along for the same price it was purchased for.

The case is a classic 33mm Taubert case in stainless steel with brushed sides, mirror polished, drilled, lugs and screw-down, decagonal case back. This design is proper mid-century high tech and the finishing and solidity places Taubert as a top tier manufacturer - contemporary Omegas cannot hold a candle to these.

The four digit number between the lugs matches the last four of the serial number on the inside of the case as it should and the case condition is exceptional. Apart from a very slight ding and a matching very small scratch on the side, the case is flawless and razor sharp. The case back has some superficial marks.

The silver coloured dial features golden embossed markers and the hands are gilt. All aspects of the dial and hands are flawless and the print is sharp.

The full-rotor 917R movement is based on an A- Schild base movement and was serviced three years ago.

The watch takes a 16mm strap and I will include the leather strap currently on it.

Price: $479. includes insured shipping within the continental US
Will ship to other locations if the buyer is willing to pay the additional costs

One of the best looking and best preserved watches I have ever owned. Never seen a Mido come close to it for anywhere near that price.

Woah, this is sharp. GLWS, I doubt it'll last long.
