1950s Constellations

Did the constellations from the 50s come with a 501 movement and 19 jewels ? Im doing some research on a watch, but it seems that that movement is particularly associated with the seamasters of that era.

Yes, both reference 2852 and reference 2887 initially came with caliber 501 with 19 jewels.

There were some Omega movements (cals. 354 and 501 come to mind), that came in both chronometer and non-chronometer versions.

19 is correct. The successor movement, the 505, had 24 jewels, I believe.
