Hello again everyone,

I am back looking again for a WW2 watch. This one was not advertised as a military watch. So I assume it is just WW2 era. Wanted to get your opinion again. Is this an authentic Omega in your opinion? What about the parts? Anything look off? Any help is again appreciated. Thank you!

I don't see anything wrong with the watch. But I just wanted to make sure you realize that the coin is a dime. 馃榿

All is fine with this watch, looks all original except the crown which is a later replacement.
This is a women麓s watch
It is a reference CK 2177 with a calibre R 13.5 movement inside

no kidding - the crown is not original? What does that do to value? I've been noticing that watches often seem to have replaced crowns. I hope it doesn't hurt value too much. It's an Omega crown though yea?

at that time the crowns were not signed. however it is an official crown certainly from the 60s (the logo changes to 69)
What made me weird is that it seems oversized compared to the watch

ha - no kidding. The crown may be worth more than the watch? 60s crown - ok. So either the crown is valuable or the watch is worthless. So - I paid 120 bucks for it. Seeing a price like that, I couldn't resist. I presume then that the watch is low value ... because of size?
