the case appears to be in very good condition, which is a plus. But it is a very small watch, and that, coupled with the obvious redial, will place a fairly low ceiling on its value. Serious collectors would only be interested in it as a "parts" watch.
It is possible that you may be able to find an original replacement dial, scavenged from another example of the same model.
