This is a good advice. Btw, did you change your crystal to plexi on the 14060? It looks like it on the picture.

I think you're referring to James' watch, and I think he did.

@JwRosenthal, does your 14060 stay water proof with the plexi? If so, nice vintage hack 😀
It looks really attractive but I need to know my 14060 can handle water in my everyday life.

Yes, I swapped out the sapphire for a super dome. I haven’t had it pressure tested but the fit was bang on the way a plexi goes into any other Rolex diver case (needs to be pressed in). I don’t think they changed the case much from the 5513 to the 14060. It has passed the summer storms and sink tests- but I wouldn’t go swimming without doing a proper pressure test.

Wtf is tritnova?

Usually written as "tritinova," it's a name for leftover T SWISS MADE T dials that were lumed with luminova for a short transitional period of time.
