Lume question - radium or tritium?

hi team!

A perennial question around these parts i'm sure, but I wanted to ask it as I have done my own research and can't figure out if tritium lume and radium lume can be visually differentiated. i do not have a geiger counter.

My feeling is the below watch is radium - the orange warm look on the hands gives that away. Is the lume on the indices original or a tritium relume? Huge thanks to all!

That looks like radium to me. Another useful factor is that the earliest you see tritium on an Omega is ~1963. If the watch is before then, unless it's been modified it should have radium or nothing. The watch above should have radium and indeed looks like it does.

If you wear watches with the old fashioned radium illumination then your babies will be born naked!
