Ok, thanks. In that they could pair this sn with this case back batch number is always something then. And the next number, in this case 19 is just the 19th watch in that batch then?
Yes.

I am sure I speak for everyone when I say that it would be a pleasure to see the finished product.

I see what you mean and get your point. Not so sure though. First of all. Have no idea who are able to do a good enough job.

Also, I red somewhere in this thread about some watches that are engraved "13NZ" instead of "13ZN". My movement is marked "13NZ" and in order to spread some light over this matter I asked Longines "heritage department" regarding this issue.
Here are the respons witch makes sense, don't you think?

The Swedish stamp "3 shilling banco" in yellow was also a mistake 😉

Maybe your 5415 was a part of the same delivery to Hausammann as mine @Briboxkit

Looking forward to see the final result👍
Yes, saw that beauty the other day at "klocksnack" lovely piece! Mine was delivered to Terrasse though!?

Interesting, I know Hausammann was the agent for both Norway and
Sweden for a period, but I did not know there was a overlap with Terrasse.
Maybe a little confusion in the archives😀

Another question. This 5415 is, as far as I understand considered being midsize (37,5 mm). Regarding these different steel models, similar to this one, in what different sizes where they made?

The 13ZN came in cases ranging from ~34 mm to ~40 mm. 37.5 mm is considered large as most references are around 35/36 mm. There are not many other references with waterproof cases but I think that they range from ~35 mm to ~40 mm (only ref. 5699 is this large).

Thanks @DirtyDozen12 Is there any website or any other sources that present the different references regarding these old Longines chronograph, a bit like "on the dash" for Heuer? Have tried to do some searching without much success.

Nothing like on the dash but this site is where a lot of "common knowledge" comes from: http://watchexpertise.com/oldlonginespassion/Longines_Passion/Referenze.html Maybe I will do a thread on waterproof 13ZN references.
