1332 Stem/Crown Replacement

I'm not sure the exact part name, but that's the spacer ring. Someone more qualified than myself might be able to assist but I believe it's hard to get an original replacement.
I bought an Omega pocket watch today so it looks like I'll be back to this madness!

Oh, by more qualified, I mean qualified at all, which I'm not haha. Phone reloaded the tab and realised I worded that wrong.
