Which one do you think will hold its value better? Hard to beat the resale of a Rollie...

I actually kinda want a Milgauss... Green crystal, orange numerals, baton indices. Just need to try it on and make sure the 40mm isn't too small for me.

I have a milgauss and a few speedies. I really like the 42mm speedy size, but because of the heft of the milgauss and overall proportions, 40mm seems like a perfect size for it. Go try it on. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Wears larger than you think due to polished case and no bezel markings
My only dilemma is the black gv or the z blue gv
Why does a blue dial cost so much more?
Same thing with the blnr gmt. $500 extra for a half blue bezel?
These are the reasons I haven't pulled the trigger on Rolex yet. Very irrational pricing.

Your not helping my will power, or lack there of. 😀 maybe its the minute hand is similar to my 80s vintage Pulsar I still wear today? Not worthy of being on this board, however it was the first watch that got me into watches. (see avatar)
I enjoy the company of anyone with a REAL Pulsar, Seiko, Citizen, Timex, et al...
More than anyone else with a fake Omega trying to pretend it is real.

+1 on the willpower front...these people are feeding an addiction...😀😉

Black gv for sure
The blue is a light blue and has a lot of contrast
The black and orange is awesome

You should try the Americas Cup on. It looks great in marketing shots but did not look as appealing on the wrist.
The silver white combo is a winner for sure

In what weird universe is anyone subjecting these watches to any magnetic field resembling what they're rated for?

I guess it's like buying a Porsche turbo s...you'll never go 0 to 60 in 2.8 seconds...but you can tell your friends you COULD.

They charge for exclusivity.

Porsche will charge you $3k to stitch the seats with contrasting thread.

This is not a joke.

Fantastic! Great pic, thanks! I was looking at a new speedy racing, but since yesterday am looking for the exact Rolex Milgauss you have!

I love the bumble bee. Did you buy it on a strap or bracelet ? I tried the strap version on and totally loved it.

As a dual Omega/Rolex fanboy, you really can't mess this one up.

I believe Omega wins in the technology department. Not because of higher magnetic resistance, just overall. Rolex wins easily in the bracelet department though, which is a huge part of everyday life with a watch.

The Rolex is slightly more unique, the Omega priced a little better. Everything else is personal preference, IMO.

I bought a white dial Milgauss personally. But I also lust for a blue dial Master AT. Can't go wrong.

Im biased since i own a master AT, but i believe AT's dial is much better looking than Rolex's. The vertical lines on the dial are trully exceptional, hands and markers also seem more modern. taking only aesthetics in consideration, AT seems a better option imho, though Miligauss is also a great watch.

Ok, bought the Milgauss, then switched to a black band with orange stitch. I love it. Just my .02.
