Funny, I went to the Rolex Store and saw this exact Milgauss an loved it...then went to the Omega Store and ended up getting the Aqua Terra in blue master coaxial. I still have an eye on the milgauss green sapphire but I've spend too much already

I am a new member but have been eyeing the AT 15000 gauss for a while now. If I can pull it off it would be my first omega. I was wondering what I can expect to pay for it. I see numbers just shy of $5k online but think it would be cool to make trip to one of the boutiques to buy it. Closest is four hours drive but I can combine w trip already planned. What can I expect to pay there? How do u like your 15000 gauss?

6000 at the Omega Boutique in NYC, just got one a few weeks ago. Love it. I got is on 42 mm blue face.

It's perfect watch. Elegant, sturdy and simply cannot stop looking at it. Wears well too. I love the blue face because depending on the light and time of day it looks black, grey, Blue and it is just hypnotic.

Any of the Aqua Terras are versatile on bracelet, leather or NATO depending on circumstances. Yes, we are enablers.

Your not helping my will power, or lack there of. 😀 maybe its the minute hand is similar to my 80s vintage Pulsar I still wear today? Not worthy of being on this board, however it was the first watch that got me into watches. (see avatar)

I am fairly new to the Forum, but at least in my view if you like it and it's a watch it is worthy. Looks ok on the avatar too

Ah, the bumble bee...I'm really thinking about it. Not sure If i'll get tired of the yellow but it does look amazing on this picture. I also love the 15,000 gauss script

OHHHHhhh what a mistake! I went to the local Omega dealer today to just "LOOK" at the watches in person. Not sure what i was thinking, the bumble bee and blue face AT look even better in person. They were offering 20% off without me even asking. Temptation is ridiculous. That is a LARGE savings on a watch at $6,600 MSRP. This has probably been written about more than a lot, but is there something missing if i were to buy from the authorized dealer and repair shop, vs the Omega Boutique. I am sure there is lots of argument on topic. Don't get me wrong, it would be a very cool experience to buy from boutique and there is value in that but 20%? I guess the one 15000 Gauss they had in the store locally had been handled a lot and serial number sticker on back looked like someone had tried to pic off (maybe it was melted).? At the Boutique are you able to get a new watch in box untouched?
Thanks...

15% to 20% discount is normal outside of the boutiques. If it is an AD and you trust them go for it!!

The Bumble bee is long gone now and the Milgauss is still in the collection. I end up getting a blue dial aqua terra sky fall 38mm.

The Bumblebee is a very cool watch if you like the technical and sporty side of Omega. 10-15% off would be a good price from an AD. Keep in mind that the >15,000 Gauss MSRP is $600 more than the other AT Master Co-Axials due to it's unique 8508 movement and dial/hands.

Also check the FS forums. Here's one: http://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-seamaster-aqua-terra-231-10-42-21-01-002-15000-gauss.16044/

That's very interesting I hadn't realised that the 15K was more expensive than the master ATs .... YES a beautiful
watch to and thanks for sharing 😀
