thanks. I wasn't actually using the link in thread, but I guess for some reason when I went direct to the website it must have defaulted to the UK.

I would really need to try this on in person before making a purchase, but without any boutiques in the USA, guess this is not possible.

I wonder if Zenith decided that it is better business to have models exclusive to company boutiques and their e-commerce with free returns. If someone is really interested, they can purchase, try on and return if they are not happy, instead of having the watches sitting in AD displays. This way they can keep the production numbers lower, less upfront costs. There is no Zenith Boutique in Southern California. They do have several ADs.

I would love to try on the A3817, A386 Revival Manufacture edition and the A386 Original and compare them...

All I have to say is when I saw the A384 and 3817 revival I knew I was hooked. I went for the 384 with the ladder bracelet, anxiously waited for it to arrive. I fell in love with the watch the minute I opened the package. The finishes are amazing, the reverse panda just draws you to the dial. The hands are easy to read and the red paddle hand adds the perfect color to contrast to the watch. Lastly, the case, it curves / contours perfectly around the wrist. The square size is just right for my 7” wrist. The watch is extremely comfortable and a joy to wear.

I haven’t been able to take it off my wrist. For anyone on the fence, I can’t say enough about this reference.

I am considering getting one of these or the Speedmaster 38. Really struggling as the two have pretty different looks. With the case being large, does anyone have any concerns with scratches on stainless steel? How do you guys think the movements of the two compare?
