Hi vintage watches and Zenith experts,
I saw this Zenith chrono in 18k YG at a dealer. It looks original, but I wonder:
1. had you ever seen a black dial on such model? (could not find another one on the web)
2. Does the price (3.7k€) look fair to you?

Many thanks

This is a beautiful looking watch. Dial and case look fine but a movement shot would be helpful. If it is properly serviced, it is at the upper end of the price range that I consider reasonable but there are not many of these around.

I agree. I’d add that I think these Zeniths are a bargain at current prices.

They are beautiful watches.

Too much Espansive and I think that the second hand is not original. Subdials aren’t in good conditions

What’s wrong with the sundials??

nothing is wrong, but they are quite dirty or little scratched, for that price the watch should be perfect

Bought mine not too long ago - it’s a very nice watch but I’d agree with others, the asking price for the one you’re considering is high.

perfect? Can one expect to find perfect dials?

I agree that perfect is the wrong word, but the damage to those sub-dials does detract from this particular watch's appeal IMO. It would have to be reflected in the price.
