I was able to obtain a Sinn EZM1.1, in the US, many months after they were "sold out". Sinn took a look at the sales patterns around the world and decided to collect unsold units from outside the US, and reallocated them to the US. Perhaps Omega allocates a number to each region and that is all. When they are gone, they are no longer available. Perhaps there are no units for sale in the UK, but there are elsewhere. Maybe when the units available in the US are sold out, the US website will be updated and the Z33 will no longer be available here as well..
