I'd work on sourcing tritium hands. So worth it.
Sounds like a good idea, I had that thought as soon as I saw the watch 馃榾 Any ideas of where to look - Also for a bracelet? I have mostly been collecting Rolex, so I do not have the same network when it comes to Omega.

Nice watch - congrats 馃憤

Here's another Danish 1969, serial 305xxxxx in mint condition. Your 220 bezel is a chip better, though.... 馃榾

Wow great piece! Stunning patina on hands and indexes! 馃榾 Are you from Denmark too?

Very nice watch, great condition.
I think it isn't difficult to find tritium, original hands. Be patient and you'll get them.
This is mine (30.9xxx.xxx) under the tuscan sun (sunset light).

Looks good shame about the hands. Should not be impossible to source hands that will match the dial.

A Mexican Holzer box sold in Denmark ?
Yeah this is the box that the watch came with when bought at the Danish dealer in Copenhagen in '73 馃榾

Thanks! Any idea of where to look? Is the Omegaforums the best place to search?

They come up on eBay. Watch this forum too.

Within the next year I'll probably build a racing dial watch from a 145.022 most likely mid 80's and I'll sell the hands when I do.

It's not an immediate thing for you to do but I'll bet within 6 months they will pop up.

I'd keep a sticker on the caseback on yours though. Those are done very thinly so they could be polished out and engraved, yours is in excellent shape.

Reach out to @Ash for hands.

Did you ask the seller if he still has the replaced parts? I always got back all the replaced (original) parts from Omega and Breitling when they serviced one of my watches... I think it worths a shot asking your seller.

Thanks! Let me know if you decide to sell your hands set. How much should a descent set of hands cost?

That is one very lightly used watch! 馃憤

Id be curious to see the inside of the case back to see if that's a replacement or not. Strikes me as odd that a piece in such nice condition has replaced hands.

Nonetheless, your watch is a beautiful specimen! Congrats!!

A replacement caseback cutouts go through the edge as shown in the picture on the far right. The OP caseback is original.
