路I'm going to get a great watch photo...someday. Although, the GI joe shot is tough to beat.
Let's see'em guys. As Pat Benatar said "hit me with your best shot". (I'm such an 80's nerd sometimes 馃槦 )
I'll throw out a few to start.
This was shot free hand - no tripod with the watch on my wrist. The light in my bay window is pretty good for catching the mother of pearl dial. I'm waiting to use this in a Breitling masthead contest.
This shot has just the right amount of reflection. It could be better - I could have gotten a better angle so the date shows in the cyclops evenly - but it shows off the dial furniture nicely.
Gotta include this since it won a Longines masthead contest.
This last one is not mine - it's by Chaotic Bliss, a multi-forum member who hardly drops in anywhere any more. Pity too, because this is a great shot.
Wow, quite a parade of nice and well-photographed Omegas. I am finding that it is not easy to photograph watches and jewelry well. It gives me new respect for watch and jewelry photographers.
I do like the basic 8500 black ceramic quite a lot
