Offering an opinion on a vintage watch is playing with fire. But here goes.

My opinion for what it's worth is that this a decent example and better than most that are out there now. I prefer this case with the small ding to a more polished case. The bezel looks very good.

The hands have aging consistent with the plots so I wouldn't guess they were repaired. I prefer the dropped chronograph hand myself, which this has.

Lume is always tough. I defer to the others but if NDGAL says it is original then that is excellent. As far as color, it's not bad and has a lot of lume remaining. It shows a bit of green but better than most. If it were 15k plus then you might want more from the lume.

Given what is around, it's priced right in my opinion, and it is cheaper than many. One of the forums said you will always feel like you are paying too much at the time. But they are likely to keep climbing.

Do you like it? It is attractive to my eye. Are there things that you won't be able to overlook? If so, may be pass. If you buy it and change your mind, you will likely find a buyer. But don't buy it if you think you want a better one. I would be happy to wear it on my wrist. I think it is attractive overall.

This is well said.
Where the real added value of this watch lays (condition aside) is the fact that this is a pure, unf*#@ed with watch.

I understand that to someone without a super keen eye this just looks like a nice Speedmaster in X condition with a ding here or a ding there.
But someone who has seen, bought and sold enough of these can immediately tell that this is an untouched watch in virgin condition.
Everything is there without any issues (ok, a service and a replaced crown once in the past is totally acceptable), and these are the watches you always want to buy.

Wrong crown, but buy it.
Actually all said here in detail now since yesterday. "Buy" was my initial thought too. Not messed with and as a bonus, I bet it's way more than just beautiful in the flesh.

Yes, the other is here:

I frankly admit that I'm no specialist and that I try to learn by being a part of the discussions taking place.

There are enough more experienced members here whose advise the OP maybe should follow
