Your “lucky” watch

I am sure I’m not alone in having a timepiece I turn to, a lucky watch for lack of a better term, for particular events.

Whenever I am called to do a trial, contentious motion, or presentation in front of a large crowd, among other things, I turn to my Moonwatch. There is just something that draws me to wear it in these situations.

What is your go-to “lucky” timepiece?

Thanks for bringing this aspect of watch geekiness into the light!

I am absolutely stuck in this approach to certain aspects of my work…..but I am fickle! Once a “lucky” watch lets me down I switch allegiances and move on to another candidate for the next big task.

I haven’t gone so far as to get rid of a watch for being unlucky.

It’s my “can I please get lucky” watch. (Wife bought the watch).

She usually wears her “try again tomorrow” Apple Watch. I curse the Apple team just pushed out “sleep tracking” features .

This is probably mine. My late 1980s rose gold and stainless steel Speedmaster reduced. I find I opt for this one when I am to be involved in a social event. Maybe it’s the “bling” quality about it.
