Amazingly lucky to be able to acquire some special pieces, but the Soleil Speedmaster is the cream of the crop for me.

Oh My... it sure is a gem. Superb images of all

I appreciate your taste in all the watches you've chosen- and their condition. Congratulations

So just for curiosity / bluntness sake...I assume the ROI on $100,000 annual watch purchase is not a consideration given the kind of cash needed to acquire that many beautiful pieces in 1 year equates already ample 401k/retirement savings/independent wealth/inheritance/movie star or hedge fund manager income [given the fairness of skin on the hands in the pics], so the converse of putting $100k/yr in the market/Vanguard funds/etc is a moot point?

Not trying to "watch shame", and I'm well aware there are some impressive collections out there, and this is a watch forum, just interesting to actually see a post highlighting the obvious albeit rare proclivities of the capable collector [versus dealer].

If you could see the shade of green I'm turning right now... I mean, WOW, that is a lifetime collection anyone would be proud of. So the fact that that was ONE YEAR for you... well, see my first sentence!

Crazy good as always! I guess this kinda makes up for not having a 2017 year end review.

I’ve enjoyed your daily postings on Instagram as well.

Since I started collecting, I've always had a year end review to share with everyone. Have to admit, I did skip 2017, but will share on my 2018 purchases!

Many watches have come and go, but these are the ones that stayed from my 2018 purchase. I do have to admit, this has been my favorite year. Amazingly lucky to be able to acquire some special pieces, but the Soleil Speedmaster is the cream of the crop for me.

These pictures are not sorted in order or anything. Enjoy!

Soleil Speedmaster
This is one of the coolest speedys I have ever seen. If you ever looking to trade I can offer a kidney or two...

Love these year-end reviews and as many others have echoed, an absolutely enviable haul this year!

In all seriousness, how do you possibly top this? I can’t imagine taking this to the next level in this era.

What a collection! How do you even pick a watch to wear in the morning?
