I'm wondering if these will hold their value? The first gen X33s have not fared so well on the secondary market.

The Aerospace Evo is a nice piece and was a strong contender there for a while.
Here is a photo of the backlight in complete darkness. The indices really weren't charged up. Not bad but not as bright as my original X-33. The battery in the X-33 version 1 lasted about thirty months, however I don't use the backlight much or use the alarm. Time to replace the battery.
It sounds to me pretty strange as well. I was told by the dealer the back light goes off in some hours time. Is that true? Any real life experience?
