please help me find crowns for Omega cal 33.3 chronograph.

In the below photo you find all the necessary parameters/measures the crown must have.

thread could be slightly different which could be adapted.
I need 2 in SS and 1 gold colored

its really hard to find it cheap - i would recommend to swallow the pill - open for price proposal too
