·In my mother tongue, “prima” is a synonym for “great” or “fantastic”.
So I agree with B&M’s naming. I, too, find this lovely oversize rose gold Chrono to be “ultra prima” 😀
The blued sub-dial hands are a beautiful contrast to the rose gold. The sunlight does show, though, that a polish of the plexi will be in order.
Just a three-handed 1940's PRIMA, here.

··Home For Wayward WatchesFired up the Sea Bird today to give it a run before we travel on vacation early next month. I've gained a lot of affection for this alarm watch as a travel companion as a useful spare in the suitcase since acquiring it around five years ago. Quite handy!
Will all the green tomatoes ripen in late October before the first frost in this part of Texas? Or, will they end up in Mrs. noelekal's green tomato relish. Could do worse.
