A nice fall day at the zoo. Little guy is obsessed with Komodo Dragons.

I like them, as well. I went to Komodo in 1992. During a ‘viewing’, one walked past us and, like a complete bozo, I reached over the low fence and ran my finger along its scales. I know, I know: it could have been my Darwin moment had the massive creature quickly turned and bit me with those fearsome, bacteria-filled jaws. Stupidity notwithstanding, I lived to tell the tale. Amazing things, these living dinosaurs.

I’m a bit nervous about going under tomorrow despite having had numerous surgeries throughout life. My friends have called which watches they want if I don’t make it (I’ll make it simple procedure) but I feel like trying everything on just incase the anesthesiologist is hung over or having a bad day and this is my last day on this side.

After living 49 years without a surgery I've been put under three times in the past three years. Best rest I get these days!

Just back today from extensive service and repairs.

Was offered a nice Austin 1928 16/6 over the weekend for a good price but after this repair I am feeling poor.

Bought too many watches this year and my business is suffering from the COVID blues'
