·Here is one you don’t see everyday, and may not see again anytime soon! - This early 1960’s Benrus Diver was made in Germany and is powered by a Benrus signed, 17J, French made Lorsa-P75A manual-wind movement. Based on the movement and it’s production, this likely predates its more famous brothers the Ultra Deep & Sea Lord models. It’s a lovely size at 37mm, and fitted on a Benrus signed rivet bracelet. She’s arrived with some mechanical issues, and likely sat in a drawer (or safe) for most of her life, hence the overall excellent condition. After a trip to the watchmaker for an overhaul and repairs, hopefully she’ll be right as rain! I couldn’t resist this one, it has tons a appeal and an awesome family tree!
