First full day with the Speedy 60th!

A little brave crepe myrtle discovered in the lawn. It wasn't present when we bought the place last fall, but had obviously once been an anchor planting for the corner of the house before being cut down and mown over repeatedly. We just let it grow this year to see what color it would be. Original crepe myrtle color, what else?

I'm sneaking this in from the office. Suffice to say our man Al worked some true magic in bringing this baby back to her glory. More when I get some time, but for now, let me publicly thank Al for yet another outstanding restoration.
