Wine hunting for work in South Australia, these vines some of the oldest still producing in the world - most pictured planted in 1891, and still producing 3 tonne and acre of exceptional Shiraz and Cabernet… you can see the trunks of some of these wizened ancestors are split through, sometimes wide enough to put your hand through…

A good question, but no, not very much. I don't wear this watch very often -- maybe two days a month on average -- and it is stored in a large, well-ventilated space. I have just one other watch with radium paint, and it tickles the Geiger Counter at about 1 micro-sievert/h, so the two combined, both worn at about the same frequency and stored in the same place, likely pose a minimal health risk. I'm guessing I face a much greater health risk each day by driving on one of L.A.'s congested freeways -- due to really poor air quality, and the risk of being hit by a crazy/stupid driver.

Ya gotta keep things in perspective.
Unless you actually are 007, driving a car is most likely the most dangerous thing you will do in your day.
