Going classically clunky today.

Is this “most accurate” claim from original manual still true?

“THE WORLD'S MOST ACCURATE WRISTWATCH.
Your Omega Megaquartz 2'400 is the world's most accurate and most technically advanced wristwatch. It is accurate to one second a month (will be adjusted to this tolerance if necessary). The quartz crystal resonator of your Megaquartz 2'400 vibrates at the incredible rate of 2,359,296 times a second.”
