·Encore! My 111 year old Elgin 15-jewel pocket watch on its @DaveK mystery braid lanyard, after significant repairs and a better case. Not railroad grade in spite of the perfect 24-hour vitreous enamel dial. Dam I love this watch. Cost? I had all the parts I needed, on hand, and a bit of sweat equity.
