These two just arrived (both from about 1960), so of course I have worn both, off and on... 😉 Thank goodness both are keeping great time thus far, so a visit to my watchmaker is hopefully a bit off.

Dennis gave up a lot for that watch. Selling it would have clinched his admission to the Flippers Hall of Fame in 2012. Sadly, as it was he missed by one vote 😗.

Sure did - 4 watches including a sweet Maurice Lacroix 18ct Masterpiece and a great late 40's IWC caliber 89, plus a wad of cash.

I'll wait for the Veteran's Committee to admit me before I sell the VC. 😉 It was the first watch crush (what a non-WIS would call a grail) I ever had.
