On the wrist this evening what I tend to call the 'Merc' Repeating myself I am sure but this piece was a surprise gift from a very good friend and much as I took to it at first sight it just keeps growing on me and with this strap 😀

I like a 2-piece nylon for the Seagull 1963 re-issue but my original (left) had somehow become obnoxiously stiff.

So stiff it can hold up 7 quarters! 😲

The new one, from a cheap ebay Chinese vendor, is much much better. 👍

Did you get it wet? I did that with a seiko band of similar material it was incredibly uncomfortable after I got it wet do yard work, not even soaked it really didn’t take much

This has to be one of the best value props out there...superior finish...incredible accuracy...the dial is to die for...Hey, what's not to like!?!
