·Quick watch change and burn through the yard to mow it. If my wife thinks all I did today was play guitar and screw around with stocks I’ll be in the dog house. Last week I wrote her a love song named “she ain’t bright but she alright.” It certainly did not go over as planned. So yeah took me all day to mow this very tired now

·I saw this watch months ago in an antique store and I couldn't keep it out of my mind. So today I bought it. The movement is going to need some looking after but I bought it regardless. I think its a Schild movement but not sure.
On closer inspection the guilloche (?) is more interesting than I expected. And the markers are cut in and gilded...not applied.
I know close to nothing about the brand so if anybody wants to express their knowledge I'm all ears.
(Edit: Considering some other more learned opinions, perhaps not actually guilloche so maybe I'll say "patterning")
