I activated the Chrono when a nurse at the hospital told me “the neurologist will call you back in ten minutes” we just hit the half hour mark. Not a major deal neurologists sound scary but all I need to do is pick someone up who is being discharged today. I have learned neurologists operate in a different time zone so I’m gonna be “sitting here in limbo” until I hear something for someone so I can get this day going

I rarely have an occasion to use the chrono for anything most days but since we’ve started going out more I try to remember to use it for the most trivial things imaginable. The better half has gotten a lot of practice at rolling her eyes in response to me informing her of the time intervals between two arbitrary and unrelated events.
