This one just came back from repair under warranty (mainspring was slipping or something along those lines) - all is well now and have been celebrating its return by wearing it all this week

Happy upcoming New Year to all!

I love that watch, but for one, tiny, insignificant thing that bothers me. It's a beautiful watch with a great movement, I just can't get past the "Panoreserve" printed at the bottom above "Made in Germany." Personally, I'd love a dial that picked a language and stuck with it. Unfortunately, the standard used 95% of the time for German products is "Made in Germany" and not the alternative "Hergestellt in Deutschland." Nonetheless, if this dial was available without the "Panoreserve" text, I'd be pulling the trigger. It's superfluous, IMO, and is the only text not in caps. This isn't an objective problem with the beautiful dial, it's just my subjective opinion. 😉

Yeah, that's a common comment with this dial (amount of text) - bothers some a lot, doesn't bother others at all (I am in the latter camp). But my recent repair issue aside, I am hugely impressed by GO. I love everything about this watch. It is the best looking blue dial I have ever seen in person. The watch just oozes quality in every aspect, the winding action is a smooth as butter, the large date complication is executed perfectly in looks and action (my changes instantly at about 12:01), and the finish overall, front and back, is the best of all my watches. Oh and the bracelet is fantastic and has a very easy link removal mechanism. If am ever going to ruin my username even more than I have already, then it might well be with another GO.
