Oh Damn Santa caught me off guard wearing a quartz. Santa drove by my house on the back of a fire truck I was late getting a picture but you get the idea
Several years ago, I located this item in a box of scrap watches. It had a broken rotor post, and needed conditioning. I checked with my supplier for a rotor post to be told it was no longer available. So, I went to my scrap watches, and found a hulk with the same movement and good rotor post. Voila’! After conditioning it and fitting the used rotor post, the job was done. I gave the watch to our son who is with us over Christmas. He neve4 wears it! So I have it on for today, giving my 65 year old Omega a break. Some time later, after I finished the repair of this one, I was going through my stash of watch parts, looking for something else. Lo and behold, but what do I find but three NOS rotor posts for this movement, still in their Bulova envelopes!
