Interesting that it has London and Paris on the same Time Zone.

I suspect that could possibly happen. CUT is CUT. I suspect London may not use Daylight Savings Time. If Paris does use DST, they could end up showing the same time for six months of the year.

As they say, even a broken watch gives the accurate time at least twice a day.
