I wouldn't wear a Bonclip style bracelet loose as it's likely to unclip itself if not under tension.

I have crimped the end clips slightly so it takes some pressure (and a little wiggling) to get the clips on and off.
I like the bracelet for its look and incredible lightness more than for the "clip" feature.

Felca circa 1940....interesting case, the body is rough steel sandwiched between stainless steel bezel and case back....one of those great dials that really changes color with the lighting....

One of two on my wrists today. Omega Cosmic 2000. So 1970s with the fumed dial. I haven’t worn it for a long time.
