Back from Mrs. BMc's staff picnic, all day in the Texas heat which has hit 100F.

Think I'm gonna have the hands relumed. The Speedy was dropped some years back and the lume took a hit. Probably sacrilege to suggest it, but there it is. It's just a mid-1980s Speedmaster so perhaps I can be forgiven. How much value could vintage gaps of nothingness in the hands really add to the watch anyway?

Well I had Seamaster Saturday so why not a Seamaster Sunday too, especially at the beginning of the month.
I guess every day can be a Seamaster day ( well except for the Speedy folks)

I love "vintage gaps of nothingness".
