·Alas...mine is a lowly NH35A.
But over a year and a half of wearing it for construction and demo and I haven't managed to kill it yet!
I think the rubber strap suits it well too.

·I gave each of my three sons an Invicta ref. 8926ob when they were teenagers. Between them they have managed to total a car, break a back, break fingers and hands, break collar bones, suffer several concussions, require multiple stitches, etc., etc., etc.. To steal a line from Cameron Swazyze and Timex, my sons and their Invictas took a licking and kept on ticking. The ref. 8926ob is an "honest" watch and a very good value proposition, IMHO. The Seiko NH35A which powers it has proven itself very dependable.
Well...quite a few other watches like Unimatic use the movement...I don't know if they adjust it to their specs but there must be something they find valuable in it.
