So now, I sincerely and humbly seek your frank opinions. Is this a viable combo? Like a really good combo, or a so-so combo, or a no-go?
I think it looks terrific. The color combo works really well. Which City Edition is that?

Another day, another hurricane coming up the west coast of sunny Florida.
I really need to hurry up and invest in a dive watch.

I picture of the the hood from the last one. Expecting about the same this time.

You present a Tuesday dilemma; how to like your timepiece without liking inundated property.
Sandbag and carry on!

I’m wearing today a special one. This is a Vintage Omega Geneve Automatic with a rare double signed Turler dial. But it’s not all, it has the original Omega milanese bracelet…
Waddaya say we finish out March with this thread?

First day back from vacation, and I knew which watch I wanted to wear:

Thanks for the feedback! It's the Edizione Venezia. I keep hanging on to this watch because I'm quite emotionally invested in it. In the midst of the absolute best holiday trip Mrs. Jones and I have ever experienced, I was in Venice on my 60th birthday (so I bought myself a nice present at the Omega Boutique at San Marcos Square), which was also the year of the 60th anniversary of Omega choosing the hippocampus figure to feature prominently in its Professional line of watches. And Omega chose the hippocampus as a symbol of exploration and adventure because it figures so prominently in Venice, and Venice has been one of the most important seafaring cities in the history of humankind.

Here's a photo of the back of the watch. The etched hippocampus is practically invisible in most circumstances...this shot was taken at just the right angle to show the etching as clearly as possible.

The decorative vine-like features are taken from Venice's official flag
