·I ordered it from an online retailer (AAFES). It was supposed to be brand new. When it arrived, however, the bracelet had already been sized, the removed links were missing, there were already signs of wear on the clasp, and the presentation box was all marked up... very obviously not new. So back it goes for a refund.
