Lovely - what case number?

Hi @Spruce , it's a ref 2846. Interestingly the inside case back is stamped 2846 - 2848. I believe the 2846 was the correct reference when housing the central seconds cal 500 or 501 movements and 2848 for the small seconds cal 490 or 491.
