Nice Panerai, I like that model a lot. I had originally wanted a 233, which is a little different from yours. However, in the end I went with the 320 because I decided on a automatic and I got a better deal. I’ve never regretted that decision and love my 320.

I did have to do a mid-day strap conversion. The leather one just is not comfortable because I have yet to break it in.

Cheers!

. . . during the move.

Hope you enjoy your new digs....and it's close to your local pool hall! 👍

I often hear diminutive wristed OFers lament the large diameter case sizes fashionable today. I would ask them to consider the plight of vintage collectors having “Invicta-sized” wrists. Case in point, today I am sporting a 1936 Feldenheimer, powered by an Omega cal. 23.4SC, Omega’s first center sweep seconds hand movement.

Brave, a beautiful watch and not for the first time i hear myself saying " just an extra centimetre - is that too much to ask?"
That prayer is always left ignored.

Mine is more like a worn out old dog who looks at you praying to be taken to the vets for that last trip after his favourite dinner
