When I remember, I try to wear something vintage-ish on Thursdays...sort of aThrowback Thursday, if you will. So does this qualify as vintage? ...of course it's always debatable how far back we should go to consider a watch vintage, but I found this on the Omega web site... ...so in their mind, a watch made in 1998 (like mine) is considered vintage. Just thought y'all would enjoy that. ...oh, and whenever I post a photo of this watch, I post a photo of the flipside, too...'cause it's pretty cool
I often hear diminutive wristed OFers lament the large diameter case sizes fashionable today. I would ask them to consider the plight of vintage collectors having “Invicta-sized” wrists. Case in point, today I am sporting a 1936 Feldenheimer, powered by an Omega cal. 23.4SC, Omega’s first center sweep seconds hand movement.
