Sometimes you get lucky. I bought this birth year 1958 LeCoultre a few months back. It looks like someone tried to clean the dial and ended up removing the “LeCoultre”. I found an NOS dial in Germany. It arrived this week. My WM installed it today. 😀

Thats some nice photos there.
The watch just glows softly.
Nice job dude!

Unfortunately don't know it's previous history but when I opened it and had a look it was absolutely pristine and new looking with no service marks on the inside of the case back and no marks on any of the screws so I am guessing may have never been serviced, in which case it's keeping amazing time lol.

Obvious dirt is rarely a factor in determining whether a watch should be serviced or not. Run you car without oil, and be guaranteed you be on the hook the next time you drive it. Run a watch without oil, and it will take longer for total failure, but while you persist in wearing an underperforming watch, know it that total failure will come.

Don’t wear this one often anymore but I still love it nonetheless. Limited Edition Horoblack B&R 03-92.

Got a new strap for my Watchco 300

IMHO, it’s the only way to roll while rocking the “vintage” SM300. I’ve lost enough weight to finally wear mine without the extra link, which give shark bracelet such a cleaner look. Nice purchase!

Have you considered asking for the extract, Thomas?

Cordially,

Art

Well actually no, I have so many other Omega's that would be nice to have extract for and at 120 CHF for an extract for a low value Omega I live with not knowing 😀 I is very nice and will be a keeper 😀

Recently got the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch

Truly, one of the greatest watches of all time. Enjoy that little slice of luxury, it’s a remarkably functional watch.
