Kids ; ) - That crystal is as smooth as a baby's bottom.

True Vintage Lovers recognize Aged Stress Cracks in Plexi ; )

Just be careful not to bump the crystal. Its structural integrity has been severely compromised by the breakdown of long chain polymer bonds in the plastic.

I wouldn't be comfortable wearing it as a "beater".

Pretty fun 1930s anonymous radium beauty with a monocoque stainless steel case, multi-color bullseye dial and a ‘hidden clasp’ bonklip bracelet 👍

1949 Cal 360 "Extra-plat". This is one thin watch - not often it can be persuaded out of the cuff and into the open. When I explained it's 2021 and no-one goes to formal occasions any more, it got quite snooty...

"Moins sur le plat, plus sur l'addition" indeed!

Sunrise with the Seamaster ST 145.019 Soccer Timer from the early 70s.

And the first Omega with the 10:00 HEV? 😲

Kidding of course!...inner rotating bezel crown...a popular period feature.
Just making sure everyone's paying attention! 😜 😜 😜
