Thats a stunning dress watch, I am jealous.
I must confess I have fallen in love with the simplicity and chic styling of these early Russian classics, simple clean lines great colour combinations and nothing that's not required, minimalism that just shouts dress watch.
I discovered this wonderful site a while ago https://mroatman.wixsite.com/watches-of-the-ussr/vostok its a great resource for seeing more of the Russian classic watches, dont know if the web site owner is a member here but this site needs book marking, I am constantly checking it out to cross reference my own Russian vintage watches in my collection.

Yes, and often "serviced." Who knows exactly what that means without a guarantee, but I suspect in eastern Europe labor is cheap enough, they could have a full overhaul. Mine came from the Ukraine for about $60 Some of these models were cranked out in huge numbers, but pretty robust.
