Just finished a three phase project of shovelling 40 cms of snow from Monday and Tuesday. For perspective, that is over 15 inches of snow in about 36 hours. But the real story is shovelling the areas where to drifts are over 3 feet deep! Wednesday evening now, and time to play with watches. At a special time like Christmas, a special watch (or watches) are required. In addition to my favourite 65-year old Omega date at 6, I am wearing my Rolex Prince Observatory duo-dial doctor’s watch from almost 90 years ago. I am the second owner, my late father being the first owner. This one doesn’t get out much. Runs well, but it is fragile.
Prepared for Christmas Eve. UG Tri-Compax cal 481 ref 12253. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas, or “God Jul” as we say around here!
